Who we are

a11 Studio, Singapore. We follow the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

Your name, brand name and WhatsApp number, when you request a redesign.
Product photos and ads you send us.
Anonymous visit counts from Vercel Web Analytics. No cookies, nothing that identifies you.

How we use it

To reply to you, make your ads and run our service. Nothing else.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We only share it with the tools we need to run the studio: Formbricks (our form), Vercel (our hosting) and WhatsApp.

Where it's stored

Your number and ad are kept with Formbricks on secure servers in Germany. Only we can see your details.

Your photos and ads

Your files stay yours. We will not use your ads in our marketing without your written permission.

Keeping and deleting

If we don't end up working together, we delete your number and ad within 12 months. Email us to see, correct or delete your details any time, and we'll reply within 7 days.
